We are now looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. We are looking for an ambitious person who masters digital marketing hands-on in B2B context, has a vision for brand building and is hungry for success. You are the team’s first marketing hire, so the bar is high. This role is for a self-driven person who can take leadership and be hands-on. You do not shy away from working with complex problems, and you excel in creating simplicity and clarity to the direction and messaging.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and lead all marketing activities to drive business results
  • Spearhead lead generation efforts to support sales in identifying new opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns
  • Take charge of all digital marketing activities, including content creation and distribution
  • Own and develop branding and messaging
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach to understanding technical issues and translating them into marketing content
  • Engage effectively with technical experts and communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Utilize CRM system for digital marketing purposes, leveraging its functionalities to optimize campaigns and workflows

Requirements:

  • Proven track-record in international B2B marketing delivering results within the software or technology industry 
  • Excellent skills with modern digital marketing tools and CRM systems 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment 
  • Passion for driving positive change towards a greener and more sustainable future
  • Excellent written and spoken English, mastering additional major European languages is beneficial 

The position is full-time and permanent, and our office is in Pasila, Helsinki. While we are working in hybrid mode, the expectation is to work three days a week at the office since nothing beats face-to-face time when developing new products and experiences.
