Business Analyst, Customer Value Management (Helsinki or other)

The Customer Value Management (CVM) team plays a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and lifetime value by strategizing and implementing initiatives throughout the customer lifecycle. Our primary focus is on understanding customers' needs, behaviors, and preferences to deliver activities that drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth.  

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing customer data, identifying insights, and translating them into actionable strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business success through data-driven decision-making. 

Position can be located in any of our offices in Finland. The position is full-time and permanent. 

What you’ll do 

  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving customer value and loyalty. 
  • Develop and maintain customer-level metrics and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. 
  • Collaborate with CVM team members to design and execute targeted campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels. 
  • Partner with Data & Analytics team to leverage advanced analytical techniques, predictive modeling, and machine learning to optimize CVM strategies. 
  • Build solutions using technologies like Power BI 
  • Help developing analytics culture and ways of working 

Requirements 

  • Solid work experience in an analytical role, e.g. as a data / business analyst or BI developer 
  • Proficiency in analytics, databases and BI-tools, like Power BI, Looker Studio etc. 
  • Experience with some of the following: SQL, Apache Spark, Python 
  • Good understanding of customer lifecycle management, customer segmentation, and marketing principles.  
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams  
  • A desire to take responsibility for the progress of projects and get things done 
  • The ability for independent planning and decision-making 
  • Project management, facilitation, and coordination skills with fluent communication in English (Finnish is a plus) 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a relevant field
